Special Edition Necklace Harness, color London Tan

This is a special edition of the Necklace Harness.  This version is offered in 9/10oz English Bridle leather in London Tan.  Leather has a beautiful thickness while being soft and comfortable to wear.  The neck and above bust buckles are upgraded to a more solid and sturdy option.
