Shipping Policy
All pieces are handmade and/or custom made to order. Once the fabrication process starts for the order all sales are final. Orders can take 1-2 weeks to finish. If you need a listing sooner than the estimated shipping date send us a message and we'll try our hardest to get it to you before that date. In some cases expedited shipping may be required at an additional charge All pieces shipped in the US are sent 2-3 day shipping (Priority) through USPS. International orders are shipped with Standard mail and the arrival time varies. I'm currently looking into more affordable international shipping methods. I realize they're high and would like to make orders outside of the US more approachable. Returns and exchange details Refunds and exchanges aren't offered: If the buyer changes their mind If the buyer misreads the products description. Refunds and exchanges are offered: If something arrives faulty because of neglect by taciturnforsale. - Fixing faulty items will be the default option offered. Refunds will be decided on a case by case. If applicable you can send the piece back using any mail company. If the piece isn't returned in the same condition it was sent any return will be voided. Upon receiving it I will send a replacement of whatever was ordered or open a line of credit in my shop for the original amount. All requests must be made within a reasonable time after receiving the items. If you receive a piece and have any troubles with it please contact me to resolve them. The above rules are there to protect me but I try to go out of my way to help my clients. In the event of a faulty product, please contact us immediately. |
